what makes this chik tick?
I never planned a career in cooking, it just got its hooks in me. The people I have met through the industry are my biggest blessing in life. Sharing a table with like minded life lovers and laughing with a bellyful of beautiful food. Or the excitement of sharing an idea, a stove with a passionate chef. Exchanging that look with someone while you both pause and savor the same bite. These are the true pleasures that rule me.
