what makes this chik tick? I never planned a career in cooking, it just got its hooks in me. The people I have met through the industry are my biggest blessing in life. Sharing a table with like minded life lovers and laughing with a bellyful of beautiful food. Or the excitement of sharing an idea, a stove with a passionate chef. Exchanging that look with someone while you both pause and savor the same bite. These are the true pleasures that rule me. Sixteen years in the hospitality industry, from fine dining to cafe cooking.
